After looking over the work that was performed on my outdoor A/C unit, I came away impressed. The technician completed what appeared to be a thorough and professional cleaning. My condenser coil was heavily soiled, and instead of doing a quick spray from the outside, he removed the fan assembly so the coil could be cleaned from the inside out—the proper way to do it. He applied a foaming coil cleaner, thoroughly rinsed the coil, and the residue left around the unit clearly showed the dirt and debris that had been washed away.

The tech Bobby was nice and professional. The price was a little unforseen and through the issue wasn't fixed I equate that more to my warranty company than this one.But, Service wise great job.
From the 1st visit with Richard, he told us the problem and what the solution would be. On 05/26/2026, Richard returned along with Will to complete the service. They were very courteous upon arrival and went straight to work completing the task at hand. These 2 gentlemen were quick and efficient. I highly recommend Subcooling Services and Richard and Will to anyone who needs the types of services they offer.
