My 1st visit, outstanding service until I reached the check out receptionist desk, very very rude to questions, never smiled or said thank you after payment either, but once i called back Amy (Office Mgr. ) made my day. I was seen as a new patient today with Dr. Daniel. I was early for my appt and was even finished before my scheduled appointment time. Service was extremely friendly and kind. Dr Daniel is very personable and made me feel so comfortable and very confident in the care I received.

Amazing customer service and everyone there is always very friendly and helpful. I always feel that we get a thorough exam and are well informed about our eye health. I never feel rushed, the care is always personalized. I especially love Dr. Patrick! She is especially fantastic. And kudos to the super friendly lady at the reception desk. She deserves an award for having outstanding customer service skills!
