We are a Happy Hiller Family member so I called the office, my call was answered by Bonnie who quickly told me to turn the gas to my furnance off and turn the furnance off. She scheduled an appointment for that evening. Brad T. arrived within the scheduled window, he quickly ascertained that it was the ignite switch. He had one on the truck replaced it and was gone within 30 minutes. We know that we can count on Hiller technicians to be timely, knowledgeable and courteous, every time!“

“Technician was Brinkley. He showed up on time and was pleasant and respectful. He immediately got to work on diagnosing our issues with the AC. It didn’t take him long to find out what the problem was and was able to fix it right then. My upstairs started cooling down before he even left. Fair price. 5 stars.“
