I love Paula, she is so passionate about her music and she inspires me to learn. I love Christian music and Paula helps me so much with pushing through fears I have playing in front of others. My kids took lessons with Paula last year in a classroom setting and they loved her and learned so much. We decided that this year we would take lessons as a family, and I joined in at her location at Dickson setting out to learn how to play the ukulele while my two oldest continued with their learning progression. Paula is so gifted at meeting her students where they are. Yes, there's a curriculum she follows, with me to. But watching her with my kids is something I am thoroughly enjoying. Paula is amazing. As an adult learner, I appreciate the patience she has. I have some musical knowledge from the past, but I really wanted to dig deeper into music theory. I practice piano nearly everyday, but now playing/practicing with a purpose.
