I live in Connecticut and needed to order flowers for a good friend going thru health issues in Tennessee. I had placed an online order with a different flower shop in the area, paid for it and the next day, we were anxiously waiting for our friend to receive her arrangement. Thank goodness I checked my personal emails as I received one the next day that they were unable to fulfill my order and I was refunded. This was so stressful! So, I called Carl's, spoke with a genuinely sweet soul, gave her my price point & flower/color preference and done! This is the second time I’ve used this florist I live in Illinois, but my girls they live in Dickson, Tennessee, and they have outdone themselves with flowers. Every time I order from them the last two times so I’m very pleased with what they sent the girls. Thank you again.
I needed to place an order for a colleague who recently had a death in the family. I googled flower companies and attempted 6 locations. 4 of them would not deliver to the area and 2 were out of white flowers due to “Valentine’s Day”. I finally came across Carls Flowers. I submitted an order last night at 6pm with no hopes that it would happen due to the luck I had with other companies. But they made it happen! The flowers were delivered in under 24 hours and exactly what we asked for! So thankful for this flower shop,” and their commitment to their customers so we could send some peace during this difficult time.
