I called Carls Flower shop and the young lady who answered the phone told me it's her father's shop and helped me and listened to my nightmare story of a now new normal AI taking flower orders. I live in Connecticut and needed to order flowers for a good friend going thru health issues in Tennessee. I had placed an online order with a different flower shop in the area, paid for it and the next day, we were anxiously waiting for our friend to receive her arrangement. Thank goodness I checked my personal emails as I received one the next day that they were unable to fulfill my order and I was refunded. This was so stressful! So, I called Carl's, spoke with a genuinely sweet soul, gave her my price point & flower/color preference and done! This is the second time I’ve used this florist I live in Illinois, but my girls they live in Dickson, Tennessee, and they have outdone themselves with flowers. Every time I order from them the last two times so I’m very pleased with what they sent the girls. Thank you again.
