I LOVE Batson and Phillips HVAC!!! They installed my 2.5 ton unit in 2007 and repaired my 16 year old unit today. My husband is sick with cancer and they recognized our need because its gonna be a hot weekend in the 90's! Mike was here by 8:30am and by 9am it was back to a balmy 72 degrees in my house in minutes. Mike's customer service and knowledge of the product was EXCEPTIONAL!! I have used them for years they do excellent work and are very good with older units. We made the mistake of calling a friend of my fiancé sand he said we had to replace the unit which he did and he ended up screwing us over put in a used unit that was suppose to be new. Batson and Phillips has done all work that needs to be done. When I do need a new unit they will install it.
