Terrible experience. I went in for a double ear infection and the main reason for going in was major pain in my teeth, cheek, eye, and temple area on Friday December 26th. The female doctor didn’t even ask questions or check what was going on with my face . She came in the room and said she called in antibiotics and pretty much tried walking away . She came in the room for like 2 minutes, if that and acted like she was in a massive hurry to get out (which I understand it was the day after Christmas and they had been busy but it was overboard ridiculous) . I I literally had to ask questions as we was half way in the hallway because she was trying to get away. So i spent $150 days of pocked and she didn’t even come close to figuring out what was going on with my face (didn’t even ask questions about my face), and acted unsure about the things I asked her . I’ve been taking Tylenol & ibuprofen for 13 days now and I asked if it was okay to still take it and I asked about taking a Z PAK antibiotic and she answered everything with “I think” or “should be”. She didn’t act confident in the questions she was answering , and was a complete waste of money and time . I went there because I don’t have insurance and I didn’t want to get a crazy bill at the ER , but I ended up going to the ER anyways immediately after going here because I didn’t get any answers about my face at all so I pretty much threw away money at this place before going to the ER because this place did practically nothing at all , I seen the doctor for maybe 2 minutes at the max . Terrible experience, will not be back, and complete waste of money . The women at the front desk was awesome, helpful, and really good !!

Fantastic, caring staff. Had to wait, but had full undivided attention when it was our turn. Above and beyond expectations as He took his time and was extremely thorough. Explaining all aspects of the diagnosis and meds. The nurse was exceptional and professional. Will go here again, but not worry about the online schedule as that did not place us any sooner in line with the walk ins that came before us. The receptionist said first come first serve and online saves on paperwork.

Horrible snow storm today but the staff showed up anyway. Dr Smith was awesome and helped me greatly. Office person was kind and caring. Very professional staff!

Was able to schedule appointment and wait was't long. Was seen and prescribed medication but evidently it was not sent to my pharmacy. Called left message with office. Weather conditions are bad today so I have no medication to treat my congestion. Disappointed.

Never billed me or my insurance company. Instead charged me $345 to my credit card. They stated that they had the wrong number for my insurance card even though I had to submit it online and show them in person.
