Mike cleared our building site, put in our access road, and installed our septic tank and field.All of his work was top notch, done on time and reasonably priced.I would highly recommend his services.

I was introduced to Mike Pistole by a friend while looking at a Douglas Lake property. Mike and I met at the property. He is experienced, honest and gave me cautionary advice about the costs to excavate the steep and narrow lot. He said he quotes on the high range, which I appreciated. He also educated me about the building issues that would drive up building costs. He put me in touch with others I needed to contact while making my decision about this property . I believe he saved my family from a financial disaster on this lot purchase. I will definitely will be contacting Mike on future projects.
