I have no idea how Mike keeps this business going if the communication is as pathetic with all his clients as it was with us. Message after message and call after call never returned or acknowledged in any way. Equipment failures were endless when he was dredging for us. He would tell us he would be here and never show up or call.
“Amazing Grace” was his ringtone for his phone. We tried to show as much grace as possible but I’ve said many times, after paying thousands of dollars, I would never hire him to work for us again.

Very unprofessional, he was paid for 4 jobs only completed 2, left 2 driveways worse than they were before. Left my front entrance (small deck)destroyed. I waited almost 2 years for his promises to return and when I last talked with him he said that I was being picky, after paying him almost $26 thousand dollars I will have to pay someone else to finish the job!

I have to say I truly feel disappointed. As a local especially. Mike (owner) and I came to an agreement.After our agreement weeks go by, nothing. Busy, truck in shop, busy, more weeks go by. So I called shop left messages, no return calls.. Nothing. After months I'm now leaving a review. Did I just fall through the cracks on repeat?Again disappointed.
