Wade Luke Plumbing, INC is a full-service Residential and Commercial company that offers various plumbing services, including remodels, new construction, sewer repairs, and installations/repairs of faucets, sinks, showers/tubs, and water heaters. They are state-licensed, bonded, and insured for protection.
A satisfied customer shared their experience of the company's punctuality, understanding of their grandmother's discomfort, and exceptional cleanup job. Another customer praised the great attitude and professionalism of Austin, who repaired a toilet issue and installed new lines and fittings.
However, one customer expressed disappointment after having great experiences for a couple of years but then facing avoidance when they needed the company's services again. Despite paying on time, they had to find another plumbing service.
They were very quick to get to my home. Within 3 hours of my request, they arrived and started investigating my water situation. Their thorough investigation led them to the leak in a short amount of time. The repair was complete within 2 hours. The crew kept me updated on their progress and they earned an A+ for professional, friendly service and clean-up. The cost was very reasonable.
The only plumber we will use. We call him the flip flop plumber 😂. He came to our house on a 4th of July on a Sunday. He was there till late at night getting our plumbing fixed.
