Upper Cumberland was referred with the highest regard by my realtor. Chip Reed was awesome. They were on the property within a couple days and gave me the most detailed, timely, and thorough inspection. Better than anyone I’ve worked with in the past. Highly recommended.

I am so very pleased with my home inspection by Chip Reed, of Upper Cumberland Home Inspection. Chip was very professional, did a most thorough inspection of the home, took many pictures and was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the inspection. I would highly recommend him! Chip was very personable also, very pleasant and did an outstanding job! I would hire him again in a minute.

Called Upper Cumberland Home Inspection and scheduled a home inspection and Chip was available next day! He was prompt, friendly and knew his stuff! He explained in detail everything that was wrong and even detailed everything that was right! Chip is very knowledgeable and would definitely be using Upper Cumberland Home Inspection again in the future. Thanks for an awesome and quick experience!
