The Crawlspace Kings
The Crawlspace Kings is a veteran-owned crawl space encapsulation, repair, and waterproofing contractor headquartered at 41 Wyatt Loop in Crossville, serving homeowners across Middle and East Tennessee. Services include crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace mold remediation, radon testing and mitigation, air duct cleaning, and residential and commercial insulation. Free inspections, written warranty options, and financing for qualified homeowners are available. Ask about the qualifying 120 MIL reinforced encapsulation system with a lifetime transferable warranty.
Crews encapsulate crawl spaces by installing a vapor barrier across floor and walls, then add moisture control, insulation, and air sealing. Homeowners can choose a 120 MIL reinforced multi-layer barrier, the qualifying system that carries the lifetime transferable warranty. On basements, the team seals cracks and leaks, installs interior drainage and sump pumps, applies moisture barriers, and sets up dehumidification. Foundation work covers steel and helical piers for settling foundations, epoxy and polyurethane crack injection, structural assessment of crawl space and basement walls, and drainage to keep water away from the footing. For crawlspace mold remediation, crews contain the affected area, filter the air, remove the growth, correct the moisture source, and apply preventive treatment. Technicians also test for radon and install mitigation when readings come back high, level sunken concrete through polyurethane injection, clean air ducts with high-powered vacuums and brushes, and install fiberglass, cellulose, and R-10 foam board insulation in homes and commercial buildings.
