I moved here from Indianapolis a year ago and tried several nail salons in the Crossville area not finding the right nail salon and quality I was use to. Until I walked into Polished. I was greeted with a cheerful hello and beautiful smiles all around. Megan took the time to work me into her schedule and also set me with futurr appointments for the next couple of month with Savannah and Bethany as well. I have received the best customer service and awesome nail work. I feel I have the quality now that I was used to in Indiana and the family friendly feeling at Polished. Thanks ladies...you always make my day!

I've been too just about every nail salon & Polished is By Far the best, the salon is so clean & beautiful. the staff is so friendly & welcoming! They Always Make You Feel At Home! My Nail Tech Megan is my fav of course but all the girls are amazing!!! And Most Of All They Have The Best Prices in crossville hands down.

Savannah did an amazing job! She heard everything I wanted and absolutely delivered!!! ok, so they're nude polished and don't make the most exciting pics so I'm not putting any on this review..(dont judge me!) but its what I love!! im new to the area and the ladies at polished treated a me like id known them forever!!! its such a beautiful shop, too!!
