My experience was what I would have expected. Straight forward and to the point. Kitara was easy to deal with, was friendly and professional, and is easy on the eyes. She answered every question I had, even explained the answers in a manner that would not be confusing.
With any loan place everyone's circumstances are different. These people put your info in and give you the options that comes up. It's up to you to make sure you fully understand the terms, fees, intrest and payoffs.
