I called this company who was recommended by another builder. Mr. Rosser (sales) was pleasant and looked at the space. We were told that we'd have info within 2 weeks. We did not hear from them. I'd contacted 2 other companies for estimates. I finally contacted them again telling them our final idea, even sending them a drawing and to proceed with an estimate. It's been over 2 months and we still have not heard anything from them. Terrible customer service!
