I called and scheduled an appointment for two people. We showed up 15 minutes before our scheduled time only to be told they had no record of the appointments. I showed them my call log to verify the phone number. While they agreed it was their number, they only thing they offered was to try to fit us in during the following week. I reminded them that we were only in town this week. The reply? "Oh well." They were both rather rude, cutting side-eyes at us. I wasn't entirely disappointed as the salon was rather unclean/unkempt. It was very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Leslie is awesome and everyone there is so nice and personable. I go myself and I take my handicapped mother and it is completely handicap accessible. Super clean, excellent prices, great work and sweet people.
