Our house was going on the market and the bedroom was showing a traffic pattern we had neglected. I asked if we paid more would he have his crew give special attention to that area. I was impressed by Larry's answer, "We don't charge more for doing a good job." His crew gave the extra effort and the carpet looked clean again!
