The doctor was great set me up for a operation I really needed and I ended up having emergency surgery on my spine. I called them and told them the reason I needed to cancel. Fast forward I'm ready for him i called to set up a new date and they REFUSED to see me because I canceled i had documents to prove it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

This was the worse "doctor " I've ever been to!!! They made a brace that didn't fit and he tried to force my foot and ankle in it. I finally had to make him stop. After all that I had an MRI and was told I had to come in 3 weeks to get the results. I got it myself and found out I have a partial tear in my tendon. I am going to a real doctor. He shouldn't be in practice.

Don't recommend Crossville or Cookeville office. They would rather you be in pain. Hospital said I need surgery and they said no. I have a job where I'm on my feet all the time. I missed all week due to my feet. Can't 0ay bills this way
