I would like to thank John at Eberhard Electric, I called him with an issue with a grinder sewage pump. We didn’t have power to it. We had tripped and reset all the breakers and still no power. John took the time to have me read to him all the breakers and there were two breakers for the hot water heater, so he told me chances were they ran a quad leg to the hot water heater and then did another box with a separate leg off to the sewage pump and that is exactly what it was. I called many electric companies and Eberhard was the only one tried to solve it. Everyone else was too busy. They are too but he was able to trouble shoot it.
