Tom is honest, dependable and professional. His team performed a bunch of work in the crawl space to address sagging floors and replaced inadequate adjustable jacks.After a year the work was performed, I had a structural engineer come out to write up a report on my house as I am trying to sell it. The report made a couple of recommendations. I showed the recommendations to Tom and there was a differing opinion on the exact way to perform the work. Both ways of performing the work was correct but Tom as the honest man he is said he will perform the recommended work at no cost. THE corrected a framing issue within our support girders and floor joists.The floor was sagging in one area and they did a wonderful job fixing this.Great crew to work with and the owner is first class.Service: Flooring

Tom and his crew were a breath of fresh air after having a bad experience with another “contractor”. His team came out prepared to do the work with the project manager on site. They communicated well and cleaned up after themselves. I’ve used him several times and given his name to neighbors.
