“Had the hardest time finding someone willing to cut my almost 2-year-old’s hair — until we ended up at 31W Barber Shop. This man was an absolute saint. He spent over an hour and a half patiently working with Grayson, stopping along the way to let him walk around and calm down when needed. When he finally finished, he told me it was just $20. I was shocked — it took nearly two hours! He just smiled and said, “Haircuts are $20 no matter how long they take.” I paid him double because his kindness and patience were beyond generous.
