Rico Doss is amazing. My husband and I couldn’t make a decision on our tile floors until we walked into The Tile Shop and met Rico. He is so knowledgeable about the tiles and helped us with our selection. He is very personable, which made it so easy to choose our tile. It was also a pleasure to meet Sandra Bolton. What more can I say. RICO truly did not disappoint. He is the real McCoy. Rico is knowledgeable, understanding, professional, personable, and very kind. I informed him that I had a pea size budget, but caviar taste. Let’s just say, He worked miracles. This place has an impressive variety for all tastes and wallet sizes.
