This was my first visit here! Found them on Yelp and saw a few videos of them on TikTok! Black owned! I was able to schedule a waxing online. When i arrived, i was greeted at the door by the lovely staff! The decor is well thought off! All pink and very aesthetic! Many photo ops! They offer memberships and even have merchandise for sale. My wax was a great experience! Will def be back in the future

We were greeted immediately upon entry with a smile. We received great services. Highly recommend! The bathroom was clean and stocked. The candles aroma added a lifted ambience.

I've been going back and forth with myself about getting my upper lip waxed. It's not too bad but as you get older you discover more hair in undesirable places. So before things get out of hand, I pulled the trigger and made an appointment. The place is super cute and feminine. The manager was very helpful and was able to address my concerns. Because it was my first visit, I got a 50% discount!!! The young lady that provided my service was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. A few minutes later I was smooth and hairless. If I make this a regular routine I would definitely come back.

Kesha was amazing! She did an excellent job. I was so pleased I jumped to buy the special ran around Christmas as a gift to myself. I'm now being told the membership gets me $40 wax. This is deceiving. I tried to call the manager and explain the misunderstanding. She refused to cancel the membership and hung up on me. Good work but bad ethics
