PetMed Emergency Center provides excellent service with a caring and supportive staff. The team goes above and beyond to help pets and their owners, showing amazing care and compassion. While wait times may vary, the staff is kind, supportive, and accommodating, making the experience as smooth as possible.
Pet-Med Emergency Center provided caring and compassionate end of life care for our much loved dog. The veterinarian, nurse, and front desk staff were very supportive and kind to our family as we said goodbye.
We have fortunately never needed an Emergency Vet or Hospital. That changed today. We were coming to a traffic light on Hwy 61 in Tunica. We saw this small baby, Smokey as we named him at vet, on the line between right and turn lane. He was struggling to move out of the way. We stopped traffic as we rescued him. He suffered severe injuries, was hot and panting. We looked for an Emergency Vet and found Pet Med! We called en route and made the almost hour drive. I had to take my 6 month old puppy in for help last week. The staff goes over and beyond for both the pets and owners. They grave amazing care and love to my lil' man and were so good to me.
