I am very pleased with the prompt and excellent service of Mr Rooter plumbing. On December 15, I had a couple of busted pipes. And after contacting other plumbers, Mr Rooter was the only one that responded quickly!!! And, I am so very pleased with my “ Favorite plumber, Mr Jacob Phillipe”. He is such a warm, courteous and helpful young man. He eased all my worries and concerns about everything that needed to be done for the damage from the busted pipes inside my home!! I am very, very pleased!!! Highly recommend!!! ??????

“Devon”, one of the plumbers came out for my free quote and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and overall professional. After carefully reviewing everything, he was able to anticipate an issue that would have led to the unit that we purchased not quite working out due to the way our home was built. He provided prompt recommendations on ways to work around the problem as well. Although, I decided to hold off on the project for now, I was thoroughly impressed and thankful to have them assess things early. Mr. Rooter Plumbing Co. was a pleasant experience. I called 4 different plumbing companies of which all said they wouldn’t be able send a technician out until the next day between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. However, when I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing a representative was at my house within the hour. Patrick E. was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, and knowledgeable in what my situation was. He understood my situation and was sympathetic to my stress. He presented four different plans to remedy the problem, I appreciated that.
