Booked through the website. Carol called me back fairly quickly to discuss a schedule change which worked out. Mr. Williams did the inspection and I felt he was very thorough. He listened to our concerns and made sure to look at those areas. Once done, he explained everything and made sure we understood his findings. The report was clear and detailed. Ms. Carol called back afterwards to see how everything had gone and I appreciated the follow up. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone I knew needed their services.
