Our plumber technician Stanley Holman was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He explained everything step-by-step for our shower leak repair and toilet leak repair. He gave great insight to what to purchase in the future when it comes to replacing a toilet so we will definitely request his services when that time comes as well as request him for any maintenance we need for today’s visit should we need it. Hiller has a solid 2 yr guarantee on parts which we also liked. And we received a military discount! Highly recommend this employee and Hiller for fast appointment scheduling and accurate work. Dwight came to check the plumbing in which he explained the initial visit and the follow-up visit to complete the service. He checked my plumbing offering suggestions to keep everything running smoothly. He was approachable and professional.
Tony came the following day to check the cooling system. He checked for leaks and was ready to do the filters; however they had already been changed. He serviced my units and communicated that we would get another visited in the following months to check units for heating.
