I had a very uncomfortable and disturbing experience at this spa. I went in due to severe upper back pain, hoping for relief.
When I explained where I was hurting, the therapist oddly asked whether I wanted the massage “only on the back or also on the front,” which immediately made me uncomfortable.
The massage table appeared unhygienic. I had to place my own shirt over the face area to avoid direct contact. I only stayed because my pain was intense.
The therapist, an older man with long hair, did not have his hair secured, and it repeatedly touched me during the massage. This was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.
Another red flag was being asked to leave a tip before the massage even started, right after paying.
As I was leaving, I noticed small viewing holes in the door that allow someone to see inside the massage room, which was alarming and completely unacceptable.
This was the strangest and most uncomfortable spa experience I’ve ever had. I did not feel safe or respected. I do not recommend this place. disgusting!

4 instead of 5 only because some lack on consistence but lately everyone I have seen there has been fantastic. I get a little nervous when I get someone new but lately they have all been great.
One of the few places I've been too in the last few years that still uses the hot stones that I enjoy. Unfortunately i don't know the names of my favorites, I'm old and pretty much forget the names as soon as I hear it.
Moved them up to 5 stars, This place is now one of my favorites. I had a great massage from Ana and I wish I had time for a 90 minute massage instead of the hour. I wasn't ready for it to end.
