“I enjoyed the process. The stylist was good, and my hair was very nice. My concern is with the charge. A wash mold and curl and I was charged over $100 dollars. No color, no perm, no blow dry and a steam treatment. I have given this a great deal of thought. I really feel I was overcharged. I have a pixie cut, no long hair. The shop and personal are very nice. I would love to go back, but I can't pay $90 every two weeks. I am retired. This not a negative regarding the stylist or the shop, just the price.“

“Long story short my hair got matted right before my Sunday appointment with Hair by Fran. When I arrived to the salon I immediately suggested that we just cut the mat out and proceed with the service. Fran insisted on keeping my hair, he said “No, I know you don’t want to cut your hair so we aren’t about to cut your hair”. He was gentle and quick and got the mat right out. I got a traditional sew in side part and he delivered! The braid down and sewin took less than a hour! Styling took less than 25 minutes. He didn’t even charge me extra for detangling which was actually the longest part. I’m so happy with the service, and his Sunday availability. Above and beyond, I would definitely recommend this salon and stylist.“
