Had to get new transmission but they talked me thru the process and options making it easier for me. Very accommodating and understanding, keeping me updated during the repair process. Very transparent with costs (which were definitely good reasonable prices). Enjoying the new transmission, everything seems to be working nicely.

We purchased a 95 Lexus for our son that ended up having a trash transmission. Coleman and Taylor were professional, knowledgeable and so very reasonable with completely replacing it for us. They even diagnosed his car for us to tell us what exactly was wrong and did not charge us anything at all. The turn around time was excellent as well. I will be recommending them to any and everyone that expresses needs for their kinds of services. Thank you guys for taking care of us!

Had a customer service opportunity recently that I posted about and the store manager reached out to me directly to better understand what happened, to apologize and to make it right. I was not expecting the call, but was very pleasantly surprised. Have to say this impressed me and improved my overall experience.
