**Update: unfortunately I cannot respond directly. Respectfully I have never demanded anything. When I first booked with you I read all your rules and regulations and planned accordingly. You once again had a scheduling issue and had to move me because you messed up with blocking the time out. My husband travels and once you needed to move me it messed up my ability to make my appointment without bringing my child. So I politely asked if I could. You said yes then changed your mind. Very Fast & Professional! She wants to know that you’re satisfied with your service before you leave. Her Work is very neat & detailed, not your Average Nail Salon for sure! Never Damaged my nails…& if you’re looking to learn the craft of becoming a Nail Technician?? Look no further….she’s definitely a 1stop shop! In 8yrs…..always been satisfied. You will also❤️
