My realtor recommended Ace Central Property Inspections because he said they are one of the best home inspectors in the area. Spencer and Brian were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided outstanding service.I was worried that the home inspector might not want me to attend the inspection, but when I asked if I could be there Spencer told me he encourages it. Spencer found termites at the house and explained a lot to me about the situation and how it would be addressed if I chose to buy the house. All of my clients love ACE services. They are my top vendor for inspections. They are professional, timely and detail oriented. I can appreciate those qualities. I also like the face they are a one stop shop! They can inspect the house, the pool, mold, etc.
