They overcharge you for simple tax preparation, $250. If audited, unlike the cheaper H&R Block, they do NOT go with you. (But they won't cash your check until you finally receive your refund, if any. If they mess up and you don't get a refund, of course, you still have to pay them.) They have expertise in shadow corporations. My friend is "opened" one and she got a refund of $4,500!! However, we bought a house and the lady told us we couldn't claim it. (I think she was just too busy to bother with the numbers) So it might be worth giving them a try.
