Techs are polite and technically proficient. Have used them on numerous occasions and service was always stellar. Very reasonably priced. No b.s. Very thorough diagnosis of the issue and not trying to sell you anything you don't need.

Using a Google alias. Been using Say since we moved to Crossville from CT 8 years ago. Always on time, very fairly priced, and easy to deal with. They won't try to sell you something you don't need......like a dehumidifier when a speck of mold is detected. I just found out that we may need a new central a/c : heating unit. I am confident that the unit will be installed correctly and the price paid will be more than fair. And yes they have emergency service.

It says a lot about people and a company when a human error is made, but they maintain professionalism and courtesy. Even when I, the customer, got frustrated. Had an instance where there was miscommunication and my original appointment wasn’t kept. I called, and made my frustrations clear, I was mad, however…the lady who handles most of the phone calls was polite, professional, and they came up with a plan immediately! The next appointment was kept and the work was completed perfectly.
