“From the minute she put her hands on me I knew she was a healer. This was by far the best, most healing massage I've ever had from start to finish. I truly felt rejuvenated when I left there. I was getting over a cold and she helped to clear out my lymphatic and at the same time worked my neck to the point where I had so much relief. “I’ve seen Sheri for both of my babies now! The first one had a lip/tongue tie and torticollis. After working with Sheri we were able to avoid getting her ties released and work out her tension. As well as help her move her neck much better. She was right on track after seeing Sheri and has thrived since! We now see Sheri for our second child. He had way more severe ties so we immediately had them released. He also has other issues going on that she works with. We have been seeing Sheri now going on 6 weeks or longer. She is amazing. She explains, thoroughly, everything she does. She works with any problems she may see he has. She also explains in detail what we can do at home each week to help him. “I’ve been to Center of Balance a couple of times now, and overall, it’s been a really pleasant experience. Each time I’ve left feeling more relaxed than I have in my entire life—it genuinely felt like someone handed me a brand new body. Whatever stress or tension I came in with, it was completely gone by the time I walked out.

Another huge plus is the pricing. I did my research, and their rates are the best in town without sacrificing quality. You definitely get a great value for what you’re paying.

That said, I do have one consistent complaint, and I’ve noticed I’m not alone in this—many other reviews mention the same thing. The massage therapist talks way too much during the session. After my first visit, I was already dreading the small talk the second time around. It really interrupts the experience and takes away from the deep relaxation they’re otherwise so good at delivering.

A simple fix could make a big difference here: include a checkbox on the intake form allowing clients to indicate if they prefer a quiet session. That small option would go a long way in making the experience even better.

Despite that one issue, I’ll definitely be back. The results speak for themselves, and with a bit of refinement, this place could be unbeatable.“
