I took Ashley to the Dr a few weeks ago. Her regular Dr stopped part of his practice so we needed to establish care somewhere else after 10-15 years at the same place. To say I’ve been nervous is an understatement.
I finally decided on Joyce LeeAnn Bumbalough a provider at Infinity Family. Y’all!!!! From the time we walked in the door, the front staff was so friendly. Genuinely acted like they were happy to see you. I hadn’t experienced that in so long. Then the nurse came out, introduced herself and asked would we be more relaxed waiting in a room realizing that Ashley has Autism and sometimes noise is an issue. Dr. Karen and her team are hands down some of the best doctor's I've ever had. They actually take time to take care of you and don't just shove medicine on you. 10/10.
