Karen and the other providers are great! I’ve seen Karen the last several times I’ve gone and she actually listens to your concerns and needs. Highly recommend.
I took Ashley to the Dr a few weeks ago. Her regular Dr stopped part of his practice so we needed to establish care somewhere else after 10-15 years at the same place. To say I’ve been nervous is an understatement. I finally decided on Joyce LeeAnn Bumbalough a provider at Infinity Family. Y’all!!!! From the time we walked in the door, the front staff was so friendly. Genuinely acted like they were happy to see you. I hadn’t experienced that in so long. Then the nurse came out, introduced herself and asked would we be more relaxed waiting in a room realizing that Ashley has Autism and sometimes noise is an issue. Well, the waiting room was peaceful and comfortable so we waited there. I thanked her for the considerate offer. After a normal wait, the same nurse took us to our room. She was perfect. I do mean perfect. She knew already that Ashley was blind. When I informed her, she said, yes I read that on her paperwork. Before she did anything she explained it to Ashley. She spoke to her, not me. For the first time in soooo long Ashley tolerated a blood pressure check. I know it seems small, but I blinked back tears. After another short wait, Joyce, our new provider, came in. She didn’t rush. She wanted to know everything about Ashley. She asked things I’ve never been asked, including does she need an order for supplies? I’ve always felt anything away from what a ‘normal’ patient would need, was inconveniencing the staff. On this day, we were a priority, treated with the upmost respect, even appreciated. My sister had just passed away just a few days before. I didn’t want to go, but I knew Ashley needed her medications, supplies, etc. I’m so glad I did. It matters how we treat people. They taught me some things that day. I can do better. So thankful.
Dr. Karen and all of the staff are EXECELLENT! I would recommend anyone to go here to see her!
