Constructed a modular home for my mother. Called John and asked if he'd do a post- installation review and WOW, was i impressed.
John's Stevie to detail, above, within and below (foundation and crawl space) was excellent. He picked up on things I hadn't seen or noticed and made great recommendations.
Simply a wonderful, no pressure, honest, easy tounderstand process.
Highly recommend.

We are so grateful for the home inspection conducted by the Higher Rock Home Inspection Company. The home inspection gave us a better understanding of what is going on with the house, and allows us to plan for future projects.
