Tom chargedme 12,000 to fix a leak for a parking lot, he asked to be paid and promise he will finish and fix up the parking lot. but a year later he still never came to fix the parking lot he digged up. after many phone calls, he quick answering. and what he fix started to have major leak, my water bill went up to over 1000. He promise to come to fix them but every day he came up with excuses and not come. After a week of that, I just had to call someone else to fix it. Becuase my leak was major, I was watching money flowing away in parking lot. I will never use or recomand him to anyone. Installed a new tankless water heater for us. Arrived late to every appointment. Didn't bring any help so my husband had to help him because he was taking forever and didn't give a discount even when asked. Left garbage in our front yard. Used my husband's tools and had to get parts more than once. Installed new gas line that leaked and was a no show when he said he would come check it. Had to have the gas company turn off the gas until he came to fix it. We found out later he was supposed to get a permit and hadn't. Stopped returning calls and didn't call before coming for final repair. Should be renamed Last Resort Plumbing.

Wonderful experience working with Tom and First Choice Plumbing! Had a septic tank issue one evening, and Tom was out first thing the next morning to fix it. Did great, quality work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
