With its diverse programs and services, this center is a great spot for seniors to stay active, engaged, and connected.
I am a new member, went to the Valentine's dance and truly enjoyed myself, alot of friendly folks and a awesome staff and volunteers, I'm looking forward to exploring here more ✌️
If anyone doesn't know how great this place is, if you know anyone who is a senior citizen of Cookeville and who is lonely, this is definitely the spot for them! This place is ran right and they have activities every day from physical activities to going on trips you name it just go to their website and take a look and you'll see! This is not your NORMAL Grandma's Senior Citizen Center that's for sure! These people are on the move!!
Great senior citizen center. Cards ?; Billiards ?; Puzzles; Books; Shuffle Board; Ping Pong; Boxing ?; Yoga ?♂️; Exercise; Day Trips; and so much more. They stafg is super friendly and helpful! Very clean facility.
