Cookeville Honda was able to replace my front grille emblem. Since it would take a couple of days, I was able to get a loaner vehicle so I was able to get all of my many errands done. And they buffed out some marks on my door for me. They also did a multi-point inspection which told me my battery was fine. Best of all, a few days later when the car would not start on a Sunday, when service department was closed, my salesman, Jason (from 2y previously) returned my panic call and assured us it was not the immobilizer causing the car to not start but that the battery can run down in only 7m if car is not running.
Service replaced a gasket on the back hatch of a vehicle that we purchased there. The gasket was replaced, but it was not properly secured in place which means that it comes loose very easily.
We love the Service Department here. They are easy to work with. Their facility is clean, their customer service is great, and they even offer snacks in the waiting area. Definitely would recommend them.
