I was in need of a new HVAC and Charles Stone Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job.I was given multiple options to choose from.Ryan and Jordan showed up on time, they were kind, and they did a great job!
I have recently had two different issues and had to call a Plumbing company. From Heather (who schedules appointments) to Eric (who came by to evaluate what I thought was a problem) they have been amazing!! The first time I needed them was in the middle of all the snow and ice and they came right out, fixed the problem and did a fantastic job. Today again, when I called they were right there to assess the situation and explain it to me. Pricing is reasonable, people to work with a pleasure!!
They came out the same day to fix our furnace when all other companies I called couldn’t service our unit for over a week. The technician was so helpful and educated us on our current system.
