My husband and I went to Art to Zen wellness for a free health seminar, it was very informative. We left there with more knowledge on how to take back control of our own health. After the information part of the seminar you are given the option to to make an appointment for a consultation to determine the best course of action for each persons unique health journey. The office was small but very cozy and welcoming. If you are looking to take back your life in a more natural holistic way the ladies at Art to Zen are awesome and I highly recommend.
