I am a little embarrassed I have not already given Aloha a 5 star review before! I've been using Aloha Services for around 5 years now. Shane and his crew are top notch! Their professional quality and excellent communication are paramount for me. Aloha checks all of those boxes. I use Aloha for my regular maintenance on our two units and I've had both units at my home replaced by Aloha. Thanks for all that you've done and continue to do for us!
Shane was great! Our A/c quit blowing cold and he was here to fix it the next day! Very quick response time and very informative! Our house was cooling back down by the time he was leaving! We signed up for the maintenance program and feel confident that shall we need anymore maintenance Aloha will get the job done! Great customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly technicians. They checked everything on my HVAC unit and were able to clearly explain what the issue with my AC was. They even found a few things that could cause a problem later. I was provided with several options for repair and I even signed up for their yearly maintenance plan!
