Fantastic experience! Our old family farmhouse basement had severe termite and water damage to the first-floor joists. Bruce and his team installed 20–30 new floor joists, added a new support beam, and put in a vapor barrier, completely transforming the space. The basement is now safe, solid, and truly usable again. I am very happy with the work that 1st Priority completed for me.
I contracted them to build a 120 sq/ft addition on to my home. Bruce got back to me with a quote in about a week. I signed the contract later that week and they started work the following week. It was pretty complicated, I needed a laundry room, walk-in closet, and hallway. Needed the HVAC return moved, all new lighting and electrical outlets, new LVP flooring. They had to build the brick foundation. They had to modify the existing deck.
