Found out that my specific cooler was out of warranty/not sold in the US anymore. I called up M3 Solutions and Justin was very helpful in guiding me towards a couple fixes to resolve my issue. I ended up having my entire AIO cooler replaced with one they recommended. They not only installed it but did a thorough cleaning of my PC (almost like it was brand new!).
