Good people with integrity work here. In this area, many mechanics simply don't do engine work on Subarus. Usilton's specializes in foreign cars, they are confident problem solvers, and they are very good at what they do! We had a pesky, mysterious grinding sound that David and the team were able to suss out and she runs like new now! I'd send anyone there first! Pro-tip: they are BIZZY. Let them know your schedule needs and they'll work with you! Sorry you're having car trouble, but these folks will take care of you.
10/10 recommend. Did a pre-purchase inspection, the folks there were very helpful, talked though what all was being inspected. Even let me look at the car while the mechanic was inspecting. Great shop!
I was 3 mins from getting on the interstate for a 7 hr drive on Friday. My check engine light came on and AWD lights were on. It was 3:30 and I was almost 20 mins away from them. Jeremy said bring it please I don't want you to get on the interstate. I was stressed. They found the issue, got the part, had me on the interstate at 5:01pm. They could have told me to bring it Monday or anything else ...but they didn't!! Customer service at it's finest!!! I know they care about our safety and do what they can to help!! Thanks guys and Jackie is the sweetest.
