I have used Studio OC for several commercial shoots and the studio has always been neat, clean, and organized. The location is super quiet, no worry about nosy people poking their nose in and trying to see the shoot. I have always had perfect privacy, even when I have left the door open to get more natural light in. There are several modifiers for the lights, props, and a selection of colors if you want to shoot seamless. There is even a working kitchen and 2 bathrooms.Would highly recommend for any shoot, be it personal or professional.
