Had a wonderful experience with Royale Marble and Granite! They had a wide selection of products and were very knowledgeable about the different types of materials and the pros and cons of each. Charlotte made herself available for a private consultation and was a delight to work with! We chose a quartz countertop for our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier! Her installation team was courteous, professional and clean! Like a well oiled machine, they did the job with accuracy and in a timely manner. Had one small issue and they were happy to fix it! I want to brag on the entire staff of Royale! They worked with us with energy and attentiveness during the entire process. I liked the way Charlotte was in constant communication with us to address scheduling and installation timeline. In fact, after our installation and they had our payment, I had a couple of tiny questions about our quartz. Charlotte treated our small concerns as a priority and had someone out to our home only a few hours later. I can't say enough about our positive experience with Royale. They put the customer first and want to make sure you are happy with the product they provide.
