Sent me to the emergency room, where they told me to basically just wait out the issue I was having. It was completely unnecessary, but I trusted them because of course I'm going to go to the ER if my doctor says I should. Northside Medical cost me ~$800 because they sucked at doing their job. Will not be going back, and am warning friends.

I see alot of low ratings on here but I have had a fantastic experience so far. After getting insurance through my employer I needed to find a PCP that could see me after my working hours. I requested a Friday afternoon appt with a female provider and I was set up with Casandra Ban at the receptionist's recommendation. My main concern was needing birth control and wanting to discuss anxiety medication. She made some suggestions and asked me to give them a try for 6 weeks. I've gone here my whole adult life as well as all of my family. I'm shocked the reviews are so bad honestly. I see Dr. Bart and she's amazing. I always feel listened to and have always received good care. I saw people saying it was hard to get in with an actual doctor and I understand why. To me a doctor this good is worth waiting a bit for an appointment and the doctors and nurses I've seen as just a walk in have been just as good. Take it from me and the six other family members that go there, the one star reviews aren't an accurate portrayal.
